Barbara Williams was the first person I worked with who identified herself as a business coach. Honestly, I didn't know what to think. Coaches are for sports, not business, right? Barbara has been a godsend. She asks the right questions and provides appropriate prompts, just like the great ball coaches do. Barbara may not have seen it all, but she has seen a lot, so she knows what you are capable of even when you have no clue. The thing I really like is Barbara is not afraid to tell you to get your head out of your rear-end, when it clearly needs extraction. I like a good hard-nosed coach on the field. Barbara cares about my progress, understands my setbacks, recommends good resources, and points out what I am missing.
